A Request for Funding for boreholes in Sironko community Dear friends I am writing to request funding for the construction of water wells in Sironko Communitya rural area in Eastern Uganda Our organization, NeedyEldersSironkoAssociation, aims to provide clean water access to the community, improving their health, hygiene, and overall well-being. Background: Sironko community faces a severe water crisis, with limited access to clean water sources. The community relies on unprotected springs and rivers, leading to waterborne diseases and health issues. Project Overview: - Construct 10 water wells in strategic locations - Provide clean water access to 1000 familly households and 10,000 individuals - Implement water management and maintenance training for the community - Establish a sustainable water management system Budget: We require $2500 to cover the costs of well construction, materials, and community training.
