AID NATIONS is a global donation-based crowdfunding service. Anyone in any country can quickly and easily create a project to raise funds for loved ones, themselves, the community, or charity. With AID NATIONS, you can benefit from our platform's features, including tools designed to simplify your fundraising journey:
AID NATIONS provides a platform that connects two categories of people: fundraisers and goodwill donors. We enable individuals to raise funds to make a significant impact in their own lives, others' lives, or entire communities. Project owners can set up a fundraising project on behalf of others or for themselves, starting with support from family and friends before being published globally to attract donors worldwide.
The duration of a project depends on its specific needs. Each project has its own funding goal and time limit. A project can receive funding from donors as long as it is within its time limit. Once the time limit elapses, the project ends. The amount donated will be delivered to the project owner when the project ends, regardless of whether the funding goal has been met. For example, if a project aims to raise $10,000 but only receives $3,500, the owner can still withdraw the $3,500.
Only impactful projects are published on the worldwide stage. To qualify, at least three friends or family members must attest to and donate to your project before it is published globally. The Worldwide Stage is a ranked section of AID NATIONS where projects are visible to an international audience of potential donors from over 200 countries. Being featured on this stage increases your project's success rate.
Registration and fundraising campaigns are free of charge. To get your project published on the worldwide stage, you need support from three friends or family members. However, 25% of the collected amount will be charged to cover various expenses, including credit card fees, bank transfer fees, and receipt commissions arranged by the project owner’s bank.
You can create and post a project anytime from the [My Project] page by following these steps:
Yes, you can request a withdrawal from your AID NATIONS account to your bank account, provided the remittance method is available in your country of residence. Complete the required verifications and, if necessary, provide Personal Identifications (KYC). Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays or failed payments. Contact us if you have issues linking or updating your bank information.
If no remittance method is available in your country, discuss alternative payment methods with AID NATIONS staff. Common options include using a receiving account in a country with an available remittance method or considering alternatives like cryptocurrencies, PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer.
Withdrawals can be requested towards the end of the project or campaign period. Withdrawing funds does not stop your project from running or affect the progress meter displayed on your campaign.
We strive to process all withdrawals within 72 working hours. To request a withdrawal, click ‘Withdraw’ while logged into your account and follow the instructions. Transfers typically take 1-3 business days to process.
Funds donated to your project will be delivered regardless of whether the goal is met, provided the project has collected $50 or more.
You can opt for volunteer assistance from a team of experienced fundraising solicitors who will promote your project until it is published on the worldwide stage. An upfront fee of 25% of the total project amount is required for this service.
Donors can contribute in any local currency, but payments to project owners are made in US dollars or cryptocurrency.
Once a project has started, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to close your project beforehand, contact us at contact@aidnations.com for assistance.
After a donation, the supporter’s name will appear on your dashboard. You can click their name or your project to access the option to send a direct gratitude message.
For security, our fraud control team reviews all donations. Payments suspected of fraud are tagged as "On Hold" until reviewed. You will be notified via email if a payment is on hold. You cannot receive the funds until the review is complete. If a payment is deemed fraudulent, it may be reversed. To expedite the review, you may need to provide additional documentation.
