To the global community. Brothers and Sisters, my fellow humans! I'm humbly and respectfully reaching out crying for financial support/assistance. I'm a poor family man, with a sickly wife and sschool-going children. I'm unemployed for years. I have a legal case fighting against corruption and injustice being do to me for more than 7+. The case is about the dispute over my late biological father’s communal land that I legally am entitled to inherit, but the traditional authority of our area has given it to someone who in neither biologically or legally related to my late biological father. That someone is neither my father’s child nor is she his wife. My biological mother is my late biological father’s widow, and all relevant documents supporting my claim(s) are readily available for presentations before any official requesting for them. But because I'm poor and unable to afford a private attorney, the Traditional Authority office of our area is intentionally trying to rob me ot my legal right of inheriting my biological father's land as stated in the relevant law, the Communal Land Reform Act No.5 of 2002/Namibia. I have been fighting this injustice for long now, and the case reached at the point where it needs to be heared in the High Court for permanent resolution. And even when it happens to need to be taken to the Supreme Court, I'm determined to follow it, because I have all the legal evidence necessary to win this case. But my progress is blocked by the absence funds. I need your finacial help please, to be able to go forward and my case, because If lose that land, I lost my livelihood, for agriculturally I won't have were I'll cultivate to feed myself and my school-going kids and my wife.
